The KS container alignment station is specially designed for the labelling requirements of swing-top bottles and containers that have to be aligned in accordance with special criteria such as base and side cams, glass seam, relief and other alignment marks. The detection takes place via state-of-the-art camera and LED lighting technology. Visualisation connection to the control unit with traceability function. The container positioning takes place via servo-controlled container turntables.

Control integration including vision and traceability
We, of course, ensure a link-up of all the machines and control systems including the faulty bottle ejecting stations. Operating is undertaken in the integrated machine control system or by means of a touch screen with self-explanatory user interface, unlimited sorter pre-selection and a vision/traceability function.
Camera and LED lighting technology
We use only state-of-the-art CCD cameras as well as long-life, high-performance LED lighting systems to guarantee reliable checking and visualisation on the touch-sensitive control panel The camera head can be manually adjusted via a meter or pre-programmed according to the specific container type.
The alignment takes place via camera detection and servo-controlled container turntable.
